I'm having since this morning (here in Hong Kong) issues with RISE. I keep being logged out and I have lot of difficulties to reconnect.
Rise keeps saying "Your session has timed out.". I saw several posts in elearning heroes about this issue in the past. Seems this is not totally fixed yet.
I tried the usual things of logout, cleaning my browser cash etc... but other websites are working well. This is just RISE.

Thanks a lot Crystal. This would be helpful. I have the feeling this is because of the network I'm using or firewall or security things that is from time to time conflicting with Articulate 360 security / authentication process (I m not a tech guy, this is just an observation)
