RISE - Anyone having intempestive "Your session has timed out." too??

Hello,

I'm having since this morning (here in Hong Kong) issues with RISE. I keep being logged out and I have lot of difficulties to reconnect.

Rise keeps saying "Your session has timed out.". I saw several posts in elearning heroes about this issue in the past. Seems this is not totally fixed yet.

I tried the usual things of logout, cleaning my browser cash etc... but other websites are working well. This is just RISE.

Hi there, David. I'm sorry that's happening! Your account looks good, and Rise 360 is loading content normally for me on my end. You've tried the right things as far as troubleshooting.
