I was about to export a Rise course when I noticed the Storyline quiz is not loading. Attached is a snip in edit view. In Preview nothing loads at all. Has anyone had a similar problem?
Make sure the Storyline interaction is published with a recent Storyline update (preferably the latest update).
Delete and add the Storyline block again to the lesson.
If it still doesn't work, try opening your Rise 360 course in a different browser and adding the Storyline block. There could be something in the browser environment that is preventing it from loading.
Storyline had an update - once I did that I brought the Storyline Quiz into Rise again and it seems to be working fine now. I'll have to remember that in the future.
