Hello we have exported our Rise training (web only) and it seems to work great in all current browsers. However, it is apparently not supported in IE9 and IE8 (unfortunately some of our users are still in very old browsers). Is there any javascript framework or way to export to Flash that would help make this compatible?
Unfortunately, there is no way to publish Rise courses to Flash. Rise publishes HTML5-only courses and does not use Flash player. For Internet Explorer, we currently recommend at least Internet Explorer 11 for viewing Rise courses. Older versions of IE do not have proper support for HTML5. You can check out the system requirements for viewing Rise courses here:
I was wondering if there is a list of support devices for viewing Rise courses. I have had my course out for testing right now, one user was on an iPhone7 and said he couldn't get past the first slide.
Any ideas? It is on our LMS with Scorm 1.2 setting.

Perhaps you can ask the users to install Chrome or Firefox so that they can view Rise courses.

Hi Vanessa,
The list of supported Rise browsers is available here. An iPhone 7 should work as normal if you're using Chrome or Safari.
Are you able to see the same thing when testing your Rise course? If you'd like to share a link we'd be happy to test it too!
