Hi, In my Rise course a numbered list displays the numbers in the numbered list non-centered in IE11. In Chrome it displays as expected. Is this a known issue with IE11?
Hey Helena - This is an issue that has been documented and reported to our QA Team. I will add this thread for both users impacted as well as update when applicable.
I wanted to pop in and mention that an update to Rise happened this week and we think this issue has been corrected.
You can read all of the Rise release notes/updates here.
Would you be able to re-export your Rise course to see if this has been corrected for you as well? If not, please share your course link so that we can take a look.
Thanks Brian - would you be able to share the URL to that course and let us know what version of Windows you are utilizing as well. Thanks again for the quick response.
Thank Brian - that link didn't come through for us to open. You'll want to grab the "Share" link or export the file for LMS/web and share that here using the "Add Attachment" button.
Thanks Brian and Helena - our team is still looking into this based on the Windows version, as we weren't seeing the same behavior in newer Windows versions. We'll keep you posted here once we've got additional information to share!
Thanks Baptiste for letting us know that you've run into this too - we're still looking into the issue, but I'll let the team know that it seems to be consistent with Windows 7. In the meantime, are you able to view the course in another browser? For example the one previously shared above worked fine for me in Chrome 56.
Thanks for letting us know about the other issue you're seeing. I created a sample quiz in Rise and saw the same thing on my end in IE 11, so I’ve created a report for this issue.
From here, I’ll meet with my team to take a closer look, and we'll investigate a fix. I’ll let you know as soon as we have an update! Thanks so much again for bringing this to our attention, and I’m sorry if it’s causing you headaches.
Hi there! We've released an update to Rise that has resolved the issue of the quiz results being misaligned in Internet Explorer 11. If you host your course in an LMS or in your own web server, you'll want to re-export your course now that the change is in place, and you should be good to go! Thanks for using Rise.
Hey everyone! Just popping in here to let you know that the Rise update Crystal mentioned above also resolved the issue with numbered list misalignment in IE 11.
Also- a quick reminder that if the course is hosted in an LMS or web server, you'll want to re-export it to make use of this fix. Thanks again! :)

I'm able to replicate the same issue in IE11. Works fine in Chrome.

Hi Leslie,
To clarify, I'm seeing this issue when previewing a numbered list in Rise, I haven't tried exporting.
The issue is still there in preview -

Cool - I'm only seeing it in IE (I'm running v11). Win 7.
I'm not sure if this is a good link to share or not, let me know if it's not - https://rise.articulate.com/author/HcPf-7Hnvg0R-_80#/author/course?_k=xyswn4

Hi Ashley/Leslie,
The course has been exported but the issue still remains.

Hi Helena,
Thanks for the link and the image. Can you let me know what Windows version you're using?
It's IE11 on Win7 (which most of the organisation still have)
Ashley, this statement is true for my organization as well.
Here's a share link for the Rise "course" I've been testing with. Note there is no real content here, it's just a test project - https://rise.articulate.com/share/Z5tWdr2rzAZZhifa

Hi everyone !
Same issue here (also seen with numbered dividers in blocks) and same configuration (IE 11 + windows 7).
Is there any news on the resolution ?
Best regards,

Thanks for your answer.
Yes it works fine with chrome.
In my organization the official browser is IE 11 but Chrome is tolerated.
But most of people use the official browser....
Totally understand Baptiste and I will let you know once we've got some more information. Hopefully in the meantime folks will be ok using Chrome!
hello,
another issue which, on my opinion, is probably linked (occurs only on IE11 too) : the quiz resluts aren't correctly align (see attachment).

Hi everyone,
I've tested from my side and everthing is well aligned, quiz results as well as numbered lists and separators.
Thanks for your awsome efficiency !
Wonderful! Thanks for coming back around to let us know that everything looks good!
