Hello, Everything is pretty much said in the title. Uploading part is fast, processing part is forever and it never finishes. I'm uploading light mp4 videos obtained from Premiere Pro.
I tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge, all updated.
The error message I get is "Something went wrong". Sometimes no message at all but still stuck on Processing.
Please try deleting the video block, then refreshing your Rise 360 browser window. Add the video to your lesson again, and let me know if it uploads successfully.
