I want to further understand the difference between Course owner, Course manager, and collaborator. Or is there any documentation that already contains this information?
Hi Wendy, I am just wondering if the role has something to do with the shareable review link. When I publish a course I owned, I have the option to allow people without Articulate ID to comment. On the other hand, when I publish a course where I am the Course Manager to Review, I do not have that option. Kindly refer to the attachment.
Given the definitions in the KB article - I can't see why there would be a difference.
Share, Review, and Export the Course
Only the course owner or a course manager can share the course with learners, publish it to Review 360 to collect feedback from stakeholders, and export it for hosting in an LMS or web server.
Perhaps you should log a support call or maybe one of the staff can answer the question for you.

Thanks for your question! We added a section to our article to clarify that option:
Only the course owner can allow a course published to Review 360 to be shared with users that don't have Articulate IDs.
Can you reach out to the course owner and ask them to enable that option?
