Hi when I am searching for images using the content library in Rise only a couple of the photos appear and the rest are hidden behind a thumbnail. When I click the 'See more' button, some appear and the others are still hidden. Please see screenshot of issue. This is happening to my colleague too.
Hi Jacqueline! It sounds like you might be having an issue with your company's firewall blocking some of the Content Library 360 assets. This article lists the ports and domains that need to be allowed in order to fully access everything Rise 360 has to offer.
