Rise - Content/Project Security

Having used SL360 for several years, I am considering using Rise for a project as it gives the navigation appearance my customer was trying to emulate using Microsoft Sway (Office365) but with a lot more functionality, including the export for an LMS. The project may have elements of a sensitive nature and is not meant for general public use as I wouldn't want the content material being exposed to anyone other than the intended audience.

My main concern would be the safe storage and archive of the project on servers that are beyond our control.

Are our intellectual property rights between the UK to the USA (or the country the servers are located) still maintained?

Can Articulate provide me the information or assurance that all customer projects on their servers are safe and secure (as can be) from malicious internet attacks and inappropriate access by Articulate staff and associated members?
