Hi, I have created a course in Rise and published it to SCORM 1.2 with completion based on 100% of the course being viewed. This worked perfectly on our LMS (Totara), showing that I had completed the course.
I have it set with unlimited attempts but after I had completed the course, it wouldn't let me view it anymore. We want the course to be available as a desktop guide that learners will complete initially but then go back to many times. How do I make that happen?
I'd agree with Karl that your LMS will control access to the course after it is marked complete. As a next step, reach out to your LMS administrator to find out if there's a setting you can adjust. Keep us posted!

Whether or not you can go back to a course after completion is typically controlled by the LMS.
