My course only requirements for completion. Is that the user need to view the first block or when the course launch for them to get credit. I don't see any option to track the number of the slide viewed in the export tab. I tried to set the percentage to 5%, but SCORM Cloud didn't post completion. Only unless the entire upper left progress circle icon is completely closed. Any thoughts how I can achieve this?
What is the percentage shown after the learner views that first block? Is it 5%? If not, then that's why it's not working correctly. If so, the quickest way to resolve this issue is to have our Support Team take a look. You can submit a case here.
