Rise course export problems

Hi all
I have a really odd Rise challenge I'm trying to overcome. I've never experienced this before and I'm struggling to figure out what is going wrong.
I have inserted a Storyline block in a Rise course to exit - as I have done on multiple other occasions. For some reason, when revisiting the module, learners are are taken to the storyline 'exit' block and not back to the beginning. So... in my efforts to figure out what is going wrong, I made some edits- see close and exit in rise image attached.
However, when I publish the file to SCORM, the changes I have made are not being exported. See close and exit post publish image attached.
I am stumped - would love insight on a) why are my changes not being exported, and b) is there something I am forgetting to set up in my Storyline block that allows users to revisit the content.

Hi there, Sharon! We'd be happy help dig in. I've opened a case for you with my team. If you can, please privately share both exported zip files (old and new) with my team for testing using the upload link in the case confirmation email. We'll delete your files when we're done troubleshooting!
