Our organization just converted to Oracle as our LMS, and we are having difficulty getting a Rise course to work. For some, everything works perfectly - progress is saved when learners resume, etc. For at least half, though, their progress is not saving when they exit, even when they hit the "save and close" button. We use Edge as our default browser, but we see the issue in Chrome as well.
We have tried Scorm 1.2 and Scorm 2004 - same issue.
Hi there! Are you using an exit button in your course? You can try adding this when you export your course, which will enable your users to exit the Rise course properly.
