Hi Maarten,

When did you export the course to provide it for your clients? If it was during the same time period that Louise reached out here, it should be resolved with a refresh of your browser. If you were experiencing this in an  LMS, you may want to reexport the course to upload there.

If you're still seeing the problem in a course you're working on today, let me know the course title and I can have my team look specifically at your account.
