Hello. Was wondering if anyone can help. The Rise SCORM courses I publish in SCORM 1.2 onto our LMS are not opening on iPhones or iPads. Is this a software publishing issue or an LMS SCORM reader issue?
Does the course load correctly on a desktop browser?
Would you mind sharing the zipped export package so we can run some tests? You can attach it here in a new reply or share it privately by clicking here.
Has there been any further feedback? On the Cornerstone Mobile App, the rise content is opening on Android devices, but on Apple devices it hangs and then shows an Error 404 error stating file could not be found?
Have you been able to test the course on your mobile device outside the Cornerstone Mobile App? While we can't support the behavior you're seeing inside the app, we want to be sure it works in your mobile browser.
Hi Leanne, I am sorry that your apple mobile users cannot access your course. We would love to take a closer look. You can reach the Rise.com support team at help@rise.com.

Hi there! So sorry you've hit this roadblock. I'd love to help clear the path!
A couple of questions to start:

Hi Diane!

It does open outside of the app in safari and chrome on the iPad and iPhone.
But on the new Cornerstone Learn app it does open with no delays.
That's good to hear, Diane! Thanks for the update.
