Rise course not opening or displaying on Internet Explorer with Cornerstone LMS

A course is not opening for a customer when their users are attempting to access it through cornerstone LMS using IE browser.  Can anyone help with a fix?

Hi there, Discover Learning Designs. Make sure your course has been exported and uploaded since last Friday. We had a brief issue with exported courses not loading in IE, and we released a fix on Friday that required you to re-export your course.

If either exporting it again or the article Alyssa mentioned doesn't help, please share your output with us here, and we will help troubleshoot further!
