I cant seem to share a course in a way that allows my client to make comments when working in rise. Storyline I have no problem but I shared a link to a rise course and while they could open and view the course they where not able to comment on it. Am I doing something wrong or do they need to be an articulate user?

It looks like you're sharing the link directly to the Rise course, and if you'd like your client to leave comments on it, the course needs to be published to Articulate Review first.
