RISE course updates

hello I am new to this, I have a problem I have been doing a RISE course all day today and now that I want to edit it again and I can't ... the RISE page freezes blocked says:
Your session has expired.
Click update to restart your session.
or
Your session has timed out.
Click refresh to restart your session.
TO UPDATE,
and I have restarted the session, I have restarted until the computer and the internet and I cannot access. I TRY google , safary and brave browsers....
who could help me? thanks
