Rise course will not publish to LMS

What is your LMS? What steps are you taking to publish the course? How do you load the course?

What LMS export option did you use? Are you following the steps here to export for your LMS?

Are you seeing an error message when uploading to your LMS, or the course just does not load?

Oh no Kathy!

Looks like your attachment did not make it through and your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

You can then use the 'Add Attachment' option to share the image as well.

Hi Kathy,

The TTF file type is specific to the font used. Did you use one of the built-in Rise fonts, or a custom font? The Custom font feature supports WOFF font files as shown here.

I haven't seen other users with that error, but I'd be happy to test your course export too. Can you share the zip file here with us, I'll upload to SCORM Cloud. Also, have you reached out to your LMS admin to see if there is a setting to change within SumTotal?

I've loaded the zip file. I believe that I used the supported fonts, at least I think I did. lol

I contacted our LMS administrator. He added the font type, however now I'm receiving another message. I've attached an email string related to the problem. Any thoughts?

Hmm, not familiar with that one Kathy.
