In the last couple of days we've noticed that any course built in RISE will no longer load in the old version of Edge, just get a blank white page.
They have worked fine in the old edge up until a day or so ago.
They still work in modern browsers, so the new edge (chroninium (sp?) version), chrome, firefox etc are all good - just not legacy edge, which sadly is still the most widely used browser at our company.
Has this affected anyone else? We're using SuccessFactors as our LMS, never had any problems up until this point?
That's right -- you'll want to stick with the Chromium-based, latest version of Microsoft Edge, since that's the supported version for viewing Rise 360 courses.
I know it's not the supported version... but up until 2 days ago they worked in legacy edge. They have now stopped... whether they are accessed via sharing urls or via the LMS.
Just wondering if anyone else has the same issue, unfortunately it's not a simple task getting people to update or change to a different browser.
I can't even log on to rise via edge legacy now - just want to know if it's something that is affecting everyone, or just us.
