Hi, I'm trying to add a video to my rise course and I can't. gives me this message: We are unable to generate an embed for this URL. Please check that the URL is valid and the content is publicly accessible.
I have changed the link for another one and it gives me the same error. the link in the video is publicly accessible, so everyone can see it, anyone know how to fix it thank you very much

I'm seeing the same issue with adding web content when you use the URL. We're having a look now, and I'll keep you updated!
In the meantime, does the site you're using offer an embed code to use instead? Embed codes are working normally for me, and you can usually find them in the Share options in YouTube and Vimeo. It will look something like this:
