I still cannot get into RISE. I have tried through the desktop app as well as the Articulate 360 page which shows my course but then shows me the BRB message. I am on a deadline and need this today.

I am using a trial version of the software which is gonna end by tomorrow 05/10/2017.
As the system is under maintenance will I get some extension?

Is Rise down again for mantenance?
Hi Sandra,
We had a small issue this AM, where users couldn't copy/duplicate a course and labeled graphics were behaving oddly. That has been fixed up.
You can always keep updated on any Articulate 360 outages and maintenance by subscribing to our Articulate Status page.
