I was working on a course in Rise and received 2 error messages: the one said, "the database system is shutting down". I exited Rise and relaunched the course and now I receive an error message saying BRB! Rise is temporarily down for maintenance. I can't access the course at all. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was using Google Chrome as the browser.
I'm really sorry you've come across this issue, Danielle. Earlier today, Rise intermittently had problems connecting to its database–which resulted in the exact errors shared. Also, if you were working in Rise between 10:45-11:15 AM ET, it may not have saved your updates.

Thanks Katie! The next day I was able to get back into the course and continue work. So far no known issues.
