Rise editing feature questions - Font and spacing

Jul 01, 2021

Hello, I need to know if its possible to change the font color in the interactivity blocks in Rise 360. Normally if text is editable you can highlight it and choose the dropper. It does not give me that option. So body text in accordions, steps etc. is all black.

I also wondering why spacing is such an issue in Rise.

If you mess with the spacing at all in an "Image with text" block then it does not display correctly on mobile, and the hard returns create too large of a space. I need these title names spaced closer together. Is there a way to do this?

See attached examples.

Thanks!

Hello eLearning Developer!

I feel for you with not being able to change color, font or spacing and can say that I’ve tried to edit text color in Rise 360 and it seems to only let you get the dropper in the main title, not in the activity blocks. It would seem that spacing has been an issue looking at the forum links I’ve added below. That being said, I would recommend submitting a feature request here, as the more input on the subject, the more material they have to work with to come to a resolution. I really hope this helps you and you have a wonderful day.
