So I've been using Rise to build some courses, and today I went to view my work, but the page didn't load. It will show the courses I have, but when I click on one, I only see a white screen.
What browser were you using to view the content at Rise.Articulate.com? You'll want to double check that you're using one of the browsers noted here for authoring content. Also did you already trying logging in and logging out of the Articulate 360 website to see if it would reload them? Are you seeing this when clicking the Preview link or just upon opening up a course from the main Rise splash page?
Thanks BreAnna, I know our team is looking into it - but were you able to see your courses when trying to author in another browser? Although the courses can be viewed by users in the latest version of Internet Explorer 11 they cannot be authored in that browser.
I just was chatting with Mike and he confirmed that there were no data issues, so it seems likely that the creation in Internet Explorer caused the issues you experience. Please keep us posted if you run into anything else similar.
Hello! Thank you so much for looking into it. I was able, yesterday afternoon, to try accessing the courses through Chrome and they came through perfectly. So I do think it was a browser issue as well. But thank you again for all of your research and suggestions!
Hi! I need your help, when I try to upload a RISE zip file into the LMS, the error message is: Error importing course: Error opening the manifest file/ The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.
Have you tried uploading the zipped file to another LMS environment, like SCORM Cloud? That will tell us whether the issue is related to the zipped file itself, or to your LMS.
If you'd like a hand with that testing, we're happy to help! Just send us your zipped output file by clicking here.

Hi BreAnna,
I'm sorry you're having problems with Rise. I'm looking into the issue now, I just have a couple of questions.
1. Are you seeing the white screen for all of your courses or just a few?
2. Could you provide the URL for one of the Rise courses which isn't loading. Feel free to send it in a private message if you rather not share here.
Thank You,
Mike

Hmm, it might be the browser. We have Internet Explorer, but that's what I used originally to start building the course.
