RISE - error message showing on mobile/tablet

Hi,

I am new to using RISE and uploaded my course to LMS using SCORM 1.2 - I can view the course on the laptop but seeing an error message when trying to view on a tablet or mobile phone, is this likely to be an error where I am posting or perhaps an internal system error or is it something to to with RISE?

Hi Dawn! Thanks for reaching out. 

As a first step, I'd recommend hosting the published output file on SCORM Cloud, then test using your tablet or mobile phone. This will help you narrow down whether the issue is related to the course itself or to your LMS.
