Hi, I just download the trial version and our goal is to publish documents in our MRP system PLEX. I did a course using RISE and exported to a zip file but when we try to upload / publish in our system it show up an error message telling us that we are missing the SCORM file.
Now, let's narrow down why you're seeing this error message.
First, double-check that you exported Rise for LMS by clicking Export. What do you see in the LMS dropdown?
Next, test your course in another LMS environment, like SCORM Cloud. I'd be happy to help you with that testing, if you'd like! Simply attach your export package to this thread using the Add Attachment button.
