Hi, One of my courses simply will not export. It works for a while and then errors out. Anyone have this happen before and know how I should troubleshoot?
Were you ever able to successfully export this course?
Did you make an edit and then it started this behavior?
Can you create a duplicate of that course and successfully export?

That is very strange ..I am still facing issues. A file (57MB) I exported few hours ago is also showing up as 10 hours to download So it is not a case with one or two specific files. I have tried to export 4 files and all are exporting at a very slow speed. I checked my internet speed and that too doesnt seem to be a problem.
Hi Meghana, if you’re still having trouble, try using another supported browser to see if that would make a difference. If you continue to encounter very slow download speeds for your exported course, please open a support case. We’ll gather more information and troubleshoot the issue.
Thanks for your follow up. Exporting was slow for a couple of days but now it is back to normal. Don't really have understood what the problem was back then .

Is Rise having a problem exporting right now?

It shows about 4-14 hours for a file of size 84 MB to export
Is this going to be resolved soon?

I just did a test export of our largest course: it's about 1000 pages as a Word document.
It exported in less than 2 minutes, so there does not seem to be a general problem with Rise Exports.
