RISE Exporting Issues

Hi,  One of my courses simply will not export.  It works for a while and then errors out.  Anyone have this happen before and know how I should troubleshoot?

Hi Sharon!  I'm sorry that you got hung up. 

  • Were you ever able to successfully export this course? 
  • Did you make an edit and then it started this behavior?
  • Can you create a duplicate of that course and successfully export?

That is very strange ..I am still facing issues. A file (57MB) I exported few hours ago is also showing up as 10 hours to download So it is not a case with one or two specific files. I have tried to export 4 files and all are exporting at a very slow speed. I checked my internet speed and that too doesnt seem to be a problem.
