RISE file sharing

I've seen discussions on this, but they're a few years old and I want to make sure I do it correctly with current RISE features.

I'm at company headquarters which has many locations.  I'm the owner of a RISE file and will continue to be.  One of my locations wants the source file to adapt to their local needs.  (They have their own license.)  I DO NOT WANT THEM TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY FILE...only their own.  

How do I do send them the source file?  Do I SHARE or EXPORT?  What are the steps?
