RISE - Going under the hood

Hi everyone,
I use RISE more as a job-aid vehicle versus full-out course. Of course there are situation where I'd like to be able to track a users completion/access of the job aid without having to publish to the LMS.
I'd like to know if anyone has gone into the html code and customized their RISE modules?
I specifically need help in creating some type of attestation (could be name and email) and then press a button to send that information to a spreadsheet on our intranet.
Can anyone help me with this endeavor? I know that I would have to make these changes after publishing to WEB option.
Anyone game?

I was just thinking about using Rise as a job aide (and to hold documents). I would love to hear more about how you use it as such.
