Line spacing in Rise is set to by default, depending on the block type you're using. I can definitely understand why you'd want to have greater control over line spacing though, so I'd be glad to pass along this idea for you! Thanks for letting us know what you'd like to see. 😊
Hi! Thank you! Yes, this functionality is necessary as the text content will not be user friendly to read when it looks like that. Headlines may vary from one to several rows and more text will hopefully fit the templates if the body text spacing is editable and possible to decrease. Please pass along the idea :)
Hi, I didn't use RISE before but saw the attachment and the headline now wraps with little-to-no spacing. Looks great!Â
I'm writing because when I'm building with blocks there is little/no spacing between the heading or subheading and the text beneath it (when selecting heading and paragraph). It's nice to have a space between the headings and content but a full default space is too much.Â
Any chance of modifying this in future releases or possibly providing each user the ability to specify the amount of spacing in settings?
That's an idea we've heard from a couple folks, so we're tracking similar requests as a part of our feature request process. Thanks for sharing and we'll let you know if this feature is released to Rise!Â
Thanks. I am using the interactive block and would like to keep the source or citation close to each item but the spacing looks so loose its hard to read.
Thanks, Amelia for the image. I know we shared two ideas with our team - one to adjust the paragraph spacing within a Tabs interaction and another one to create a popup type of interaction where you could have a learner click on text to see a popup of other info.
We'll keep you posted on both of those items here if they're added to Rise, and you can also keep an eye on the What's New, What's Next page.

Not exactly related to spacing, but is there a page where we can see feature requests others have asked for, and then upvote them? I know Microsoft does this.Â

To answer your question, Annie, no - our feature requests are not public. However, I will go ahead and add your upvote this request.

Hey Joe!Â

Thanks Ashley. It's great to be able to request features for future updates. Hope it makes the cut :)Â
Take care,
Joe
My apologies if this has already been answered but I can't seem to add spaces between paragraphs in a tabbed block. Am I missing something obvious??
Cheers
Ben
Hey Ben and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you see in the Tabs Interaction.
I can recreate some inconsistency with adding a new line as well. I'll get this reported to the team to take a closer look.
In the meantime, the opposite of what I would expect seems to be working:Â
Hopefully, that will get you by in the meantime.
spacing in my citations is huge and looks ridiculous. would love to have the option to adjust.Â
Hello Amelia,
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are seeing.
What type of block are you using for your citations? Could you share a screenshot so that we can understand what you are experiencing?
Thanks. I am using the interactive block and would like to keep the source or citation close to each item but the spacing looks so loose its hard to read.

Is there any progress with title spacing?

Has there been an update to this? I agree that the default spacing looks really odd and is inconsistent.

In tables, for example, it would be super useful to be able to define the spacing. Thank you
