I am getting a 'Please verify the file type is an image and try again' error message when trying to upload a logo or cover photo. I am using IE as my browser and have not had an issue until yesterday. I have tried both PNG and JPG but get the same error message. It seems to work ok if I do the same thing in Chrome. I would like to be able to continue to use IE. Thanks Gerry
We don't support authoring in Internet Explorer for Rise, so you'll want to use Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari as noted here. You can view the output in Internet Explorer 11.
