Rise images not appearing until page scrolled down

Hi, I personally really like the transition on images in Rise and how they appear as you scroll through a page - but I know that they are there.

I'm finding that a lot of learners think that the page has finished, and progress to a different section in the course because they hadn't scrolled enough to see the image and additional text beneath.

Is there a way to turn this transition effect off and have the images static at all times?

Our learners are missing a lot of content because of this because they aren't scrolling far enough down the page.
