I'm so sorry for the interruption, everyone. When accessing Rise 360, or trying to view a Share link for a Rise 360 course, you may see prolonged loading time followed by an error. We're investigating this issue, and we'll share an update with you as soon as this is resolved.

Rise 360 not loading for me, either. PST 7:30am. I can get to Dashboard, Review 360, and even Articulate 360 Training. The Rise 360 "tab" keeps spinning and eventually just tells me Something went wrong. Logged out and back in, restarted, you know... usually bag of tricks. But no luck.
I am still unable to publish content to Review. However, some of the other Rise functionality is working. I am able to publish a new version of an existing course, but I get the attached error message when I try to publish a new course for Review. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Kelly, you mentioned you're seeing an error when publishing new Rise 360 courses to Review 360. Would you mind attaching the screenshot of that error message again? It didn't come through the first time. Thanks!

Yes. I'm getting this (see attached).
I am also experiencing issues. A few error pop ups while working on a course. Now Rise will not load after several minutes of spinning.
Same issue there- and it's only Rise. The other Articulate pages are loading.

Rise 360 is also not working for me. Like others, I can access Dashboard, Review360, but Rise 360 is just keeps loading.
It seems to be working for me now, but it's very slow. Takes a long to to load, especially with Block Templates.

It's happening again this morning. Started about 5 minutes ago. Getting a "502 Bad Gateway" error
Same for my team, 1/18/22 before 11a EST, no dice on loading Rise.
Not working for me as well from past 5 minutes.
Same here. Getting errors, asking to refresh, and saying my computer is offline.
