Rise issue: custom font doesn't work in IE Jun 25, 2018 By Liz Smiles I recently uploaded custom fonts to Rise. When I share the link to the course with others, the font displays as it should in Chrome but it changes in Internet Explorer (IE). Has anyone else experienced this? How do I resolve it? 80% of the business use IE unfortunately so it needs to be resolved as the content is branded and we want it on brand. See photo - the one on the right is IE Rise_different_fonts.JPG

Liz Smiles Author Quinn McMahon almost 6 years ago06/26/18 at 7:01 am (UTC) No it did, I could not find one when I originally searched thus posting. It's worrying that the fix might be machine-by-machine. That is not a feasible fix! Have logged a case as well. Thanks!
Ashley Terwilliger-Pollard Staff almost 6 years ago06/27/18 at 3:25 pm (UTC) Hi Liz, I saw you were discussing this with Gren in your case, and she also tested on IE11 where your course and the fonts displayed fine. Since it's worked for her, she shared a link to this article on what to do if fonts are missing or displayed incorrectly. There are a few steps that individual users could change, but also settings that your IT team could implement company-wide.
