Rise issues

Has there been an update to the system? All of the Rise courses that we created for our organization has changed fonts, but font settings are the same as we set, but look is different. We utilize Merriweather font and is not compatible with what we had before. It will not allow for jpgs and png to be uploaded, can no longer upload mp4, cannot copy and paste content, keyboard shortcuts no longer work.
We have been trying to find a way to insert a support ticket and cannot figure out how to. Is there a link that will allow us to contact support directly with our issues?
