Thank you for your quick response. I honestly, don’t see anything under the labeled graphic. I even run my mouse over the area, thinking it may appear when I cross it. What am I missing?
I am so sorry! I was using Explore (company preferred). I copied the link and singed into Articulate using Google. I tried your steps and it totally worked!!! Again, sorry…I did not realize the difference.
Smart idea to use Google Chrome, Darlene! It's best to stick with Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari, since those are supported browsers for authoring in Rise 360.
On the other hand, learners can view a course in Internet Explorer without any issues, since that browser is supported for viewing courses.

I tried on my other account too, and labeled graphics are not working. There is no Edit button appearing at the bottom of the image. I sent in a ticket to Articulate, but they just told me to use the button at the bottom of the image…AFTER I explained I don’t have one! UGH….

Nevermind, I am an idiot. The articulate support person realized I didn’t understand what they were saying, so they sent me a video of them doing what I needed. That helped so much. I can’t believe I couldn’t figure it out. I was looking for the edit button at the bottom, but was not in the correct edit mode. Oh my…well, I won’t forget that again! 😊

Scroll to the bottom of the image and you'll see the option to change the picture.
How silly of me! Thanks :)
Hi - I am having the same problem. I am sorry I don't see an option to change the picture. Where should I be looking?
As mentioned above, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
Make sure you can see the bottom of the image.
Below the image there is an EDIT button that allows you to change the image.
Thank you for your quick response. I honestly, don’t see anything under the labeled graphic. I even run my mouse over the area, thinking it may appear when I cross it. What am I missing?
Here are the steps I follow to change the graphic.
Click Edit to the left of the Labeled Graphic block.
You should see a list of the markers on the left, and the graphic on the right.
Scroll down as far as the browser will let you.
The graphic Edit button is just below the graphic.
I have attached a complete screenshot of what I see.
When I click the “edit” button to the left of the labeled graphic picture - nothing happens.
Which browser are you using?
I am so sorry! I was using Explore (company preferred). I copied the link and singed into Articulate using Google. I tried your steps and it totally worked!!! Again, sorry…I did not realize the difference.
Thank you so much for your help!!!

I need to change the image, but the Edit button that should appear at the bottom of my image is not there? I am using Chrome.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
Make sure you can see the bottom of the image.
I did, and it's not there.

That's really odd. I just checked and it shows up for me in Chrome.
Recommend creating a Support request.
Also, I logged out and logged back in and I keep getting this message:
