You can use this process to translate your Rise 360 into any left-to-right languages and languages that have scripts with double-byte character sets.
Don't forget to translate the text labels, too! The built-in label sets include English, Spanish, French, and German, but you can use the Upload from XLIFF feature to create label sets in other languages.
