I need to provide a copy of a course file to someone in our sister company. They are using a different Articulate 360 license from me. Can I do this and if so, how do I do this?
I tried adding them as a collaborator and that didn't work. I also tried sending them an email of the course. That also didn't work. I assume the different licenses is the issue.
We have different email addresses since we work for different companies, although all under one umbrella company. I received the message below when I tried to email the course.
Failed to send copies to the following emails, please ensure that they have valid subscriptions:
I assume by this, that they don't have a team license. If so, than there isn't anyway to share the course with them, correct?

Hi Marty,
You should able to email a copy of a Rise course to anyone that has a current Rise subscription.
Collaboration will only work if both you and your colleague have Team type accounts.
You don't have to be part of the same team, just have Teams accounts, and not individual/freelance accounts.
Thanks Karl. I try emailing them again.

Emailing should work regardless.: https://articulate.com/support/article/Rise-How-to-Send-a-Copy-of-a-Course-to-Another-Author
Confirm with your colleague which email address is associated with their Rise account.
