The text in Rise will automatically wrap to the next line depending on the amount of text and device you're viewing it on as a part of the responsive design of Rise.
Within the tabs interaction in your picture there isn't a way to force text to the next line, but I can understand how that may be something you need in your course. I think it would be worth telling our product team about it here!
