I have just received my Articulate 360 license and have started to work with Rise. Unfortunately I have a huge problem now. I have already worked on an e-Learning module which seems to be lost now. Also my settings are deleted and I have no chance to save anything anymore on Rise. Also if I start to work on a new module, it won’t be saved or available anymore.
Could you kindly help me on this topic as soon as possible?
same problem here. I have a full library of developped courses and some that I m working currently since the maintenance you did in the mid week it's all gone. In safari I can not see anything and in Chrome I see only the getting started courses. It's urgent please.
Paolo, your courses should be loading OK now. If looks like you have a number of courses, so you may need to refresh the page and give it some time to load.
Please let us know if you're still having trouble. We'll also look into improving overall load performance in the near future!
Unfortunately at the moment, I still don't see any course. I log out and log in different browsers and wait for more that 30 mins with the browser open to load but the only course displayed is the "getting Started" video.
