I have been using Rise to create several eLearning courses. I just logged back on to my account and the courses have disappeared!!!! I was literally working on one less than 30 mins ago
can anyone help me get them back as it will take weeks to recreate them all
I'd be happy to help - we'll get this figured out.
First, I'd want to make sure that you're logging in with the right Articulate ID. The one you're using here in ELH shows you are on a trial subscription through May 19th. Does that sound right?
I searched in the ELH community and I found a few other "Mark Webbs" too - so I want to make sure you're first using the right Articulate ID to access your content.
