RISE modules not loading in LMS

Hello all,
I authored 3 courses in RISE and have issued a few published updates since the originals were released back in August.
Some learners (about 30) are unable to load the updated versions of the course. They're getting blank screens when the click on the item link in either IE 11 (11.0.9600.19463) or Chrome 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (32-bit).
We're currently using Success Factors for our LMS.
Has anyone else encountered this issue where launching produces a blank screen?

last time I had this issue the Articulate engineers looked into the problem. Turned out it was a bug within the application which was rectified pretty quickly by the Articulate team.
