One of my user have checkmarks in each section and get 100% on the quiz every time but it never shows completed. Whereas when I took the course, I could complete it and got completed status. He tried again after me but only to find not completed status. Any thoughts on how to fix?
HI Abishek. Sorry to hear that one of your learners isn't registering as complete. I recommend double-checking the completion requirements for the course. Is it course completion, quiz result, or Storyline block? After that, double-check if the learner is indeed fulfilling the completion requirement.
