Rise not rendering text properly

About a week ago, we began having an issue where the Storyline blocks embedded in Rise weren't displaying the proper fonts for some users (usually displayed odd symbols). 

Today, we're having entire Rise courses that don't display the proper fonts (a much higher percentage of users than before - Open Sans and Calibri both looked like TNR in this case) in Rise itself and/or in the Storyline blocks.

I haven't seen many reports of this, and wonder if it's a new issue, or if anyone has any solutions to share.
