Rise not showing as complete in LMS with Chrome

I have created a number of courses with Rise which show as complete within the module but are still showing as 'In Process' in our LMS (Net Dimensions). This seems to only happen when using the internet (as opposed to the intranet) and using Chrome as the browser. All other browsers are fine and Chrome on the intranet works too.

It seems to have started doing this in the last few weeks. I haven't experienced this problem with other Rise courses previously.

Any ideas?
