Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you open your course? Here's how: On a Windows PC, press Windows + Shift + S. Then select the area you want to capture. You can add it to your reply right here by clicking the icon that looks like a mountain image in this text editor.
Ask the company to confirm with their learning management system which SCORM standards they support. They should be able to tell you SCORM 1.2 or 2004, which edition, and the type of reporting they'd like (passed/incomplete, etc).
