We have run a debug report from our module in Rise and from what we can tell pop-ups are the cause of our students not being able to view content in the LMS.
Has anyone got any suggestions on how we can solve this issue through creating different content or is it an LMS setting?
In our LMS, for what it is worth, amongst the course settings parameters, we can set launch within existing window or launch in new window on a per module basis. Do you have the same facility?
And, the 'pop ups' work in Rise Preview mode and only don't work within your LMS?

Have you checked, if you are accessing your LMS VIA a browser, that your browser is not set to block all pop-ups?
Hi Stan,
I have changed the settings to allow pop-ups, this has a varied response. Usually, the SCORM file will open but in some cases, it does not.
I wish to avoid having to change all of the settings on all of our company's computers so I was hoping there was another solution to this.

Thanks Stan, that is correct, The LMS doesn't allow the module to open but I am able to view in Rise Preview. It is very inconsistent.

I wanted to clarify - are the pops up inside your Rise course, or the pop up is the Rise course opening in a new window from your LMS?
If it's within the LMS, I'd suggest reaching out to your LMS admin to see if they have any ideas and recommendations!
