We have produced a course on Rise and exported it to SCORM 1.2 with the following settings - track quiz results, reporting passed/failed.
Our clients has said the following .......if I take the course and get 100% it passes the exam result to Thinkzoom and I can see that nicely in the reporting, however for people who fail the exam at the end and exit the course..nothing seems to be sent to Thinkzoom in the reporting section (not even that they started the course) it’s just completely empty.
I'd be curious to test your LMS output in another environment. That will help us narrow down whether the issue is related to Thinkzoom, or something else.
