Rise 'Process' Lesson - Text & Media
Jul 11, 2018
Morning all!
I wonder if you may help me. I'm working on a new project which will teach staff how to complete a process. Upon scanning a QR code on their smartphones, they will be taken to the Rise course.
The process starts with an embedded YouTube video to watch of the entire process, and then continues to show them how to complete each stage of the activity.
What I am wondering, is if there is anyway (that I can't currently find) to have the text appear before the media? I have attached a screen-grab highlighting the two sections I'd like to switch.
Why? Well, I'd like them to read the text before watching the video, or seeing the image. I am confused by it as when building this in Rise, the text field is above the media field...
Thanks in advance!

There is no option to do that in the process, you could rebuild in blocks for greater flexibility
Thanks Phil Mayor, I'll have a go at building it in blocks - not sure it will look as clean as the process function though.
Articulate Team - Is there a way to amend the media and text fields around in the builder? Its odd that the fields appear in a different order to how it is displayed...
Use another block to be a process interaction. Here's an example where I took the same sequential content and used different blocks to show the process. That may give you some ideas.
I think the image carousel and flash card stack work well as process interactions.
Thank you, Tom! This layout of options is very succinct and helpful!
