RISE progress tracking issue in LMS and Scorm Cloud

Hello, I have a problem completing the course built in rise. This happens in all browsers. The course is not saving lesson completion at a certain point and this is reflected in the LMS navigation log and the tests we performed in Scorm Cloud.

What we noticed was that, if the student accesses the first time and reaches the end of the course, he registers the conclusion in the LMS, but some rise lessons remain pending (as if he had not navigated through all the lessons), even with restriction of navigation. The second scenario is if the student interrupts the navigation and returns, he ignores what he has already navigated, continues until the end of the course and does not complete it.

Note: I don't have the Leave Course link enabled in the export settings as there is a button in the LMS that serves this function.
